A lot of half used vegetables were stacking up in the fridge and freezer, so along with the cavolo nero I bought on the day, I blended up most of the greens to use as a sauce for pasta.

The main ingredients used were cavolo nero, cabbage, curly kale, broccoli, peas, onions and carrots (imposter ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿฅ•) and along along with some basic seasonings I added cream cheese to the mix. Was very satisfied with all the shades of green through the process haha ๐ŸŒฟ

Mushrooms and some extra broccoli were lightly fried together and then added in top of the pasta and chicken ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿฅฆ

Blending is always a great way to get rid of any extra food you have lying around that needs to eaten soon, turning them into thinks like soups, smoothies and sauces for pasta ๐Ÿ
