🍗🍞 Breaded chicken I made last week! I had a few rolls of bread that were about to go stale so I though I could make them into breadcrumbs, and I had an extra chicken breast in the freezer.

I marinated the chicken and then dipped it in flour, egg and the breadcrumbs.

I was thinking of frying half of them and then putting the other half in the oven. But when I tried to fry a few in the pan I think the heat was a bit too high and so the outside cooked faster than the inside and burnt 😭 so I decided to play it safe this time and just put the rest in the oven.

It was my first time breading chicken from scratch so I dont think it turned out too bad. But there were a few problems I had:
1- The marinade I used for the chicken was a bit much, so next time I think I’ll just use some salt and pepper.❌
2 – When cooked, the coating on some of the chicken did not stick well enough so the casing would come off when cut in half ❌
