Healthy(ish) brownies ๐Ÿซ Chocolate can actually be good for you if your using the right kind – dark chocolate! The recipe was inspired by jennycancook, I love watching her videos and she always has great little jokes ๐Ÿคฃ

There was no butter used in this recipe – it was replaced with oil. And you can get healthier boils to cook with like canola oil. It could also possible work with coconut oil but I’m not the biggest fan of it ๐ŸŒด

I used dark chocolate (74%) to make these and for the inside I added walnuts, white chocolate and crumbles cookies (the imitation version of Pan Di Stelle ๐ŸŒŸ) I this this is where it became less healthy hahaha.
**Adding a liiiittle bit of coffee helps to enhance the flavour of the chocolate**

I really wanted these to turn out as fudgy brownies but I definitely overcooked them. The lady on the video I was getting inspiration from even said it so many times “NO MORE THAN 20 MINS” and I still didn’t listen to her ๐Ÿ˜ญ But I won’t make the same mistake twice.

I also should have broken down some of the walnuts even more as there were a few big pieces in there which would have been better if they were smaller.

I’m not the biggest fan of chocolate but I do like eating dark chocolate (especially when it’s salted). I enjoyed eating these guys and sharing them with friends as well๐Ÿค
